probably not the look of the video it's a PSA for Feeding America she wouldn't have kept a look for a music video to do that, but you never know.
They may have filmed it in the morning before she started working on the video. |

I think she would have kept the same look. Just like on movie sets she does interviews in her character's look.

The amount of make-up makes me think it is the music video look. I think the only thing that's not part of the "look" is the shirt.
