The promo for Shakira was great, she performed everywhere, the timing for the promo was a little late IMO though. And also delaying her U.S. album may have been a bad move too.

The album delay was Shakira's idea so its her fault.
I heard an interview with Shaki on Ryan Seacrest she said she got the Timbaland track late but really wanted to release GIUTM right away. They couldnt delay the worldwide release because the album was already printed but they could do it in the US. Epic/Amanda agreed.
