I think it was live! I think I've listened to the actual song enough times to know what it sounds like normally. On her performance in general: She was
brilliant! The definition of a true performer.
Also, her sense of humour really shone through on her Ellen interview, I'm glad she isn't taking it seriously and even took part in that skit. |

her interview was really cute....the performance was def not live, it was the same track used on the AMA's..and she was so out of breath when she said
Ellens name, i dont think she can perform this song live with this dance routine, she would sound like garbage

Just watched Ellen, everything about it was great. Interview was cute as usual, and the performance was hot. Lol that was not live though (but I dont care),
watch right before she jumps, she passes the mic and the vocals go for a lil after. Who cares tho, I dont expect live vocals with that level of dancing. SO
cute how she walks with Ellen, and it looks like Ellen is saying something like "shes throwing on her louboutins!".
and LOVE how she talked abotu the fall, laughed it off and just did the same routine!! I believe the backsweat thing, because she was fine this time when they had sweaters on Good job Jen, so great! too bad it wasnt on itunes that woulda helped |

Yeah, it's not live. If you superimpose the Ellen video and the AMA's one, you can perfectly hear that they are the same. Anyway, it was a great performance! |

first off all: she looks STUNNING! finally a lil tan again and gorgeous hair and make-up
she looked much better than on the AMA's imo performance was hot, but I do hope this was the last time she performs it like that: I'd like to see different outfits, hear the entire song instead of this edited version and would love to hear her live. if she continues like this (same outfit, boxing ring, lipsynced) it will get pretty boring, cuz all the performances will almost be identical skit was hella fun, glad she did it. really had a good laugh |

It was a great performance. And I'm pretty sure a big part of it was live. I mean the verses sound different than the actual song and the AMA's
performance. Okay the chorus might be pre-recorded but the rest of it had to be live.
