Jennifer Lopez's Ex Ordered to Shut the Eff Up

Jennifer Lopez has been granted a temporary restraining order, which bars that pesky ex-husband of hers, Ojani Noa, from selling the former couple's racy honeymoon videos. We're glad that a judge took care of this because picturing Marc Anthony attempting to kick some guy's ass was simply too depressing for words.

Noa appeared in court without a lawyer (a great sign), and explained that he hadn't intended to sell his sexy tape collection, he was simply trying to make a mockumentary about his life as a Cuban immigrant. Speaking to the NY Daily News outside of the courthouse, Noa said, "She is destroying my life. This is another proof of her power and money trying to stop me from moving on with my life."

We highly doubt that Jennifer Lopez doesn't want this guy to move on with his life. We're sure she wants him to move on, far, far, away from her - and without making money off of her by splicing footage of her doing things in private into his weird documentary.

Said Noa, "I'm not making any money from these videos. This is about having a closure. It's my story." According to Noa, he had never meant to sell the footage, he's simply been watching it with his creative team. Said Noa, "We were watching with writers and directors and producers because we were getting the script down. We were writing about the characters. They're trying to twist it, that everything is my fault. She's trying to step on my shoes and not let me move on with my life, and it's not fair."

A source who has seen the footage told the Daily News that it includes Lopez "fondling herself" and getting spanked. Oh also, Noa's movie was set to be called, "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: the J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story," so as you can see, this has nothing to do with exploiting Jennifer Lopez, this guy just wants to get on with his life.
