Do you think it'll be easier to "come back" in music or movies? |

I think it'll be much easier for her to do well in the movie business. It's not as fluid as the music industry and it doesn't change as quickly.
I'm super confident that The Back-Up Plan is going to do well, whereas Love? worries me a bit. What do you guys think? |

Its already hard to be successful,and for Jen its harder because they've spent so much money for Jen's previous projects (Rebirth/CAUM/Brave) |

Yeah I agree, critics about fresh out the oven were not really good...but I'm really confident about the back-up plan and it seems she has another film on
her list, I saw it yesterday on OnlineJlofan, it is called dead something...

Damn this is a tough one...... I used to think it probably be easier for her to succeed in Movies. But I'm really not sure at this point Ive talked to a
lot of people who don't think she can sing or act.
 I guess Id say
acting would be her best bet.

I think it'll be easier to 'come back' in movies. The music industry is on quite the shaky ground right now. It doesn't matter if your name is
big anymore -- sure it helps -- but they expect more than just a few mediocre songs and a little promo. It won't make people buy albums anymore or buy
songs off YouTube. You'll have to really stand out to get longevity in music these days, wether it's in giving amazing performances, having your own
style/fashion, have great writing skills, can sing fantastically live... etc. And the record company will have to really support you, and not let a project go
once first single fails.
For some reason all her movies have been a big success. Except for the last few, and I'll blame the fact that they didn't have enough spending budget for promo or distribution mainly because they were indie films. That's why I believe Back-Up Plan will do great. It's one of CBS Film's first movies and they will probably go all out with it. |

I think the most interest was in TBUP for the people interviews,photos and videos of the set and music just a bit things and most from twitter but anyways i
think she'll get better in music than previous years and a lot better to movies!!at least this is how i'm feeling now about it

I think movies for the reasons everyone has said.
I am more concerned for Love? but I am sure even if it bombed and Epic/Sony dropped her someone else would pick her up or she would make her own indie label and do a distribution deal with one of the big labels. I don't think it would end her music career, maybe her 'big label' music career but still she would be doing music. + we are guaranteed 2 albums in respect of Love? & a Greatest Hits. |

An indie music career would work like an indie film in that Jen could set up a company 'Nuyorican Records' fund production of the album eg producers
and writers and pay for the promo of the album and just use one of the big companies e.g Universal/EMI/Sony-BMG/Warner to distibute physically to stores, she
could release the music/singles/albums on I tunes by herself.

she has a better career with Movies and to star in some blockbusters, music am not sure anymore all will tell after this Album I dont think sony would ever
drop jennifer aint she coming to the end of her contract? I just hope Jens music career dont go in the same direction as janets
to me britney/mariah/madonna etc are all starting to see fewer sales now then before |

Yeah definitely movies, i wished she would have focused on that career even if i'm excited about her album i enjoy her more as an actress and yeah it we
probably a smother come back in that area. But she also need to do more than 1 movie a year or every 2 years or she'll be forgotten there too, but like
most of you i'm quiet confident that TBUP will do well.

It is easier to make a revival in movies, and also make more money. I think Jen should focus on acting right now.
