By María Miranda Sierra Caribbean Net News Puerto Rico Correspondent Email: miranda@caribbeanetnews.com RIO GRANDE, Puerto Rico: Puerto Rican-descent celebrities Marc Anthony and Jennifer López are currently about to close a deal and purchase an estate at the Trump International Golf Club Residences in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, according to several local real estate sources. During their recent visit to the island, where they spent the Christmas holidays, New Year's Eve and attended Governor Luis Fortuño's inauguration, the couple also visited the estates, which are still under construction.
"The couple is interested in the Founder Residences, which are the developments first 56 homes and which will make them founder club members with perks such as access to private jet and helicopter and limo services," a real estate source told Caribbean Net News. The first 56 founder residences are expected to be completed before March, when the next PGA tournament is held at the Trump International Golf Club and Residences. Founder residence home prices range from $1.4 million to $5 million. During last year's tournament, some 75,000 visitors were able to experience the sophisticated lifestyle and luxurious amenities the development will offer. Donald Trump was also extremely pleased with the property itself stating, "The first residences look excellent and provide a glimpse to what is to be expected at this resort community. I've never had a project with so much oceanfront… no matter where you look, there are beautiful water views." Spread over one thousand acres in Rio Grande, the development will have approximately 500 residences at its completion. In its first phase, this resort complex consists of 56 Founders Residences, with an approximate starting price of $1.4 million. The first residents will become part of the Founders Club, an exclusive community that will allow its residents to enjoy superb benefits, including preferred tee times and access to elite services such as a private jet, helicopter and limousine service. In addition, the project will feature a vast array of residences from condominiums to estate homes, with price ranges from the $600's to $5 million. Golf will not be the only focus, the resort's Beach Club will provide an outlet of activities and high end amenities including numerous pools, a gourmet restaurant and outdoor cafe, a five star spa and fitness facility, pro-shops, tennis courts, kids club, and much more. "Trump International Golf Club & Residences Puerto Rico is different than any previous endeavor from the Trump Organization - this is one of the top golf courses and most beautiful landscapes in the entire Caribbean with the unique aspect of being on US soil," states Eric Trump who is leading the helm with this development. because there is a lot of haters out there to see them rip apart and hate each other. is it just some silly article to make it seem that they are broken up in
real live and us fan we don't know what really goes on in their house because this burch of b.s. the only people who know what is going on in their house
is the two people jennifer and marc. i think media is trying to broke them up for real. yeaterday i read that in us weekly that marc mother and his family hate
jennifer and thier can't stand her, well any way i call this all b.s. the end of the story peace out.

The week-end Marc went to a boxing match in Vegas, "the Conga" reopened in L.A. Jen, a co-owner, wasn't there. Escandalo-Tv had a clip from the opening. It was v.surprising to see that Eva Longoria and Ojani Noa both were there. Not only that, the two acted chummy (Eva gave him a big hug too  ) . Another surprise attending was actor Amary Nolasco :
he's a good friend to Marc's ex-wife Dayanara; he was her boyfriend until they announced their split last year.
