I hope TG is a big financial sucess I think hiring someone like Patrick Dempsey would work really well because I think he has a big female following who want to see him and I think he would be cheaper than Clive Owen hence making the film more of a financial success.

And I'm not saying her career is going down hill, but I think in terms of her work she is kind of in a lull right now, she can't afford to read a script and go "Oh that's cute. I'd like to do that." I love her to death, but I would like to see her swallow her pride and fight for a role she's not offered...instead of sifting through scripts that are dropped on her doorstep. Also, I don't think it's a good idea to star in a movie you produce, it's kind of a conflict of interests and gives people a reason to use words like "vanity project". I would like to see her step outside of the Nuyorican box. There. I said it

Master of Jen-ology Posts: 3339 08/09/08 10:06 AM Cherish my words, they're golden	I dont think Jen would have ANY chemistry with Mark Wahlberg (who i love, btw, he's a great actor) or Ewan (who I cant stand, lol). I still say she needs to re-team with Matthew or Jim or someone shes had great chemistry with!!! I just finished watching Angel Eyes for the first time in a while and was reminded how amazing the chemistry was between Jenny and Jim C. (side note: I watched Angel Eyes with the directors commentary for the first time, and it was great to learn a LOT of new tidbits about Jen! I recommend to any of you guys who havent already).

Doctor of Jen-ology Posts: 7720 08/10/08 2:50 AM Jen's movie maven '09 Best threadmaker '09	Jen really has no luck with production company this last 2/3 years, here the article is in German but it talk about The Yari Group financial problem and why they are pushing back some of their movie like their last Rom-com "The accidental husband" who was supossed to be released last februrary they changed the date 3 times now it's pushed back for a March 2009 release http://www.smgellar.de/ there it's a list of their other movies push back http://www.darkhorizons.com/news08/080805d.php their movies are released over-sea but pushed-back in the state.
