Jen's versatility and commitment to her career have brought her and her managers many rewards, but at a personal cost to her. She's tired, trying to wind down from the tour, and might be closer to giving birth than we think. Azoff and the others ought to be thanking Marc for addressing career concerns that Jen's had, which no one else regarded as a priority. With his help, Jen has strengthened her live performances, which had been virtually non-existent, and her professional confidence. It was great reading the positive comments in their tour reviews.
From what I've heard, Jen's diva years with Benny seemed like a professional "marriage". No wonder her marriage to Cris failed (Benny came on their honeymoon? Not normal, guys! ). Maybe it's just as well Jen didn't have children earlier. Where would there be time to learn more about herself and what she really needs, to build a solid marriage, and raise and nurture children? Family isn't something you squeeze into a schedule that's already over-booked. She knows what she wants, and understands this is a different time in her life.
When Benny appeared on recent Biography and THS shows about Jen, he expressed a lot of respect for her.. Anyone remember, back in 2005, when he almost (briefly?) rejoined as her music mgr., after Rebirth? I wonder if he's managed anyone with a part-time showbiz career, or other commitments.

Just trying to explain that one.
