Must be. Bad news/luck with all the legal stuff.
I'm mixed on what the outcome of this case should be. It's probably an attempt to get extra money from Jennifer to some extent, but it's like if this lady can't work again (allegedly) then how much would she have made over her lifetime as a private jet pilot + surgery expenses + therapy/rehab?
