I saw the movie today! I really enjoyed it considering I wasn't a SUPER big fan of the TV show. The movie was really cute and funny. I agree, I don't think the movie was too long. I think they did a great job of telling the story in that length of time. It didn't feel like something was missing, you know?

Yeah, the movie is great. It's not a masterpiece but it's very girly and funny. I saw it last week and I want to see it again. I had a great time with the girls last week. A cosmopolitan is a MUST after watching the movie

I saw it tonight & loved ! Everything starting from the music and ending at fashion was absolutely faboluous ! I don't think it was too long, it was perfect lenght for it. Can't wait to see it again

I really disagree. I expected a movie that could stand alone in itself. This was just and extended TV episode that was put in cinemas.
The whole thing where samantha lived in LA then everytime she arrived they screamed was silly . J Hud was crap and reminds everyone why she didn't deserve an Oscar her part was pointless and badly acted. Why did Carrie need an assistant she is a columnist or writer it made no sense?? Charlotte had no storyline and the whole marital affair for Miranda was badly played out. The Mexico Holiday was boring as well.

I use to think the TV show was OK I wasn't a big fan but thought the movie would be good it isn't.

i think it was perfectly well done as well, i was a HUGE fan of the show... and this movie was incredibly well done IMO... im wit u flyboy. and i thought completely believable.

The only reason I was sort of happy it was #1 and it made so much is because it shows us that these type of films are bankable. "Chick-flicks" that aren't necessarily rom-coms...I mean, yeah you could say it was like a rom-com but whateva..

I disagree, I think it was done very well. It picked up right where the series left off. And I am glad they didnt change the characters around, they are stood who they were. I managed to get me entire job to go see it, so about 100 of us are going Monday Night as a Job Outing. I can't wait to see it again. I am glad it was #1 in America and made good money. Hopefully another installment is in the works!!!!

The TV show was way better. And it was way better before Cosmo and all those other cheesy things got ahold of it and it was played on basic cable. I started watching S&TC when I was like 14, before anyone I knew was watching it...I was young enough to not get some of the references and I still covered my eyes during sex scenes, lol.

The movie was completely unbelievable for the characters.

SEX AND THE CITY MOVIE

was a good movieee x] .. I never watched the show but I watched the movie and it was so good x] i related to the character of Carrie and the Sex Goddess girl Samantha LOL.. a movie about Love x] I felt their emotions I shed a tear lol x]p have u watched it yet?

BTW i saw the trailer of EAGLE EYE and i saw the scene I was in!!!! so I cant wait to watch it!
