i don´t see anything wrong...i doubt jennifer is gonna change her name or something like that, probably the next single/album´s name is Lola and they are promoting it. We should be glad they are promoting her, look at what CBS is doing And if it wasn´t the lola thing, some people´d criticize her with other thing

I'd still go for Jennifer Lopez. I mean... I don't have a deep explanation for this, but as a fan I always loved Jennifer Lopez, not J.Lo or Lola or Jenny from the Block.

As a fan we're not just looking to what she has in store with regards to entertainment, but also with what she is out of the limelight. THAT made me love her, so I'mma stick to who she really is.

yea i see lola as like a lil young sex pop...kinda wut J.Lo was back in the day. I've always been one that preferred J.Lo, because its who she was as a performer, that WAS her persona. I totally miss that Jenn and era. From the ppl at my job that have seen the whoislola.com site, they already are komparin her to Beyonce obviously, and i dont think that was a smart move on Epic/Sony to do, since it was gonna b HARD to not kompare the two. I see Jennifer Lopez as more of the boring, home type chick...well let me rephrase that, the Jennifer Lopez post 02. Jennifer lopez 99-01 was def hood, real, and kinda un-refined, and i loved that the most about her. now she's more glitz and hollywood and i'm not feelin that all the time. i like a regular old around the way type chick lol

Lola works for me as a character for her to play. But not permanently, I think this album would be enough. After that she should let it go.

J.Lo should be her music career name, because obviously that was her most popular phase. She needs to be known as the popstar J.Lo

And finally Jennifer Lopez the actress. I don't see the problem with her using all the names. Its not an issue I feel needed to be debated. Many people go by many different names. I myself have several nicknames.

I think the Lola thing is a smort move. it got her name out again, people know she is still doing music. right now lots of people might think she's gonna pull an alter ego thing off, but will be surprised when they release the 1st single which will be totally Jennifer 2009/2010. from then on they can unfold the Love? theme of the album

but yeah at the end of the day I want Jennifer Lopez too, she's more mature and balanced now.

the whole alter ego thing has been done already and I don't think it was very well received (because of it). It hasn't got anything to do with urban Jen. I mean, a lot of the stuff people know her for is urban.. no? But I prefer Jennifer Lopez. This doesn't only go for Jennifer but for most artist.

I agree with you all I just want my Jennifer back although she didnt go nowhere lol Lola would of been poppin 3 years ago but i cant say Epic or whoever behind the Lola thing isnt trying this time around , it did its purpose-the boards sure enough buzzed about this track and got people talking again

I think they're in a difficult spot right now, trying to figure out where she stands and what people want to hear from her. IMO, her best shot is to stick with "Jennifer Lopez". I think they did it to test the waters and see what people want to hear from her. They already saw the reaction to the other leaked songs and I think they wanted to see if people would be accepting of an urban Jennifer.
